Hey everyone,

So im doing a 10k run. Im not much of a runner so its going to be pretty tough so it would be great for all you guys to sponsor me.

This race is in memory of friends and family who have suffered from strokes and especially my nan who recently died of years of having strokes. This is why this particular race means a lot to me.

There's a bit below about the stroke foundation and why i think its important to support this cause.

Every five minutes someone in the UK has a stroke. A stroke does not discriminate. It can happen to anyone at anytime in their life. Strokes are sudden and their consequences can be devastating.

The Stroke Association is the only charity solely concerned with helping everyone affected across the UK. Our vision is to have a world where there are fewer strokes and all those touched by stroke get the help they need.
