I will be abseiling down Battersea Power Station on 20th November to raise money for the Stroke Association.

Every five minutes someone in the UK has a stroke. A stroke does not discriminate. It can happen to anyone at anytime in their life. Strokes are sudden and their consequences can be devastating.
